Our base price is calculated on first 25-50 guest within 50 miles of Augusta GA for 4 hours. Please contact us to receive a customized quote based upon your needs and type of event.
Setup of an elegant L-shaped bar tables with fitted black table cloths. Setup time and breakdown are approximately 1.5 hours which are included in the base price of 4 hours. After your event is over, we will breakdown and clean up all of our setup.
We will display the menu that has been chosen in a frame or chalkboard for your guest.
We have several large coolers with ice. These will be available for client's use and/or bar staff.
This includes proper barware needed for our staff/bartenders to serve. Clear plastic cups (9 oz and/or 12 oz) and napkins you choose the color.
We have a form to help facilitate your purchase of the alcohol based on your needs. We will pick up and delivery day of event for additional charge.
Champange Pour
We will provide a champange pour at the seated tables.
Basic Mixer Package
Basic Mixer Package includes three sodas, club soda, one juice and one mixer.
Signature Cocktails
Based on the two signature cocktails that are chosen, mixers/basic garnishments will be provided for those specific drinks. Basic garnishments would depend on the cocktail chosen but normal options are lemons, limes, olives, cherry and a type of rim option.
Elegant Garnishes
If you desire more of a elegant garnish to your signature cocktails like flowers or other fruit options outside the basic garnishes.
Hydration/Coffee Hot Chocolate Station
Water, fresh fruit water or lemonade can be set up beside the bar area. Coffee and Hot Chocolate can also be set up. If you require both set up, it is $4 pp.
Custom Balloon Arch
Standard Balloon Arch up to 130 balloons (picture desired) of your color choice.
Cocktail Tables with Linens
We will provide up to three high top cocktail tables with your choice of white or black linens.
The cost of the alcohol is not included in the price of our packages. Legally, all payments for alcohol must remain separate from our packages. This means you the customer will purchase the alcohol at retail cost with zero markup and we will pick-up the order for you. Your only job is to pick the alcoholic drinks from the drink menu form and we take care of the rest! You own the alcohol and we are simply serving it to your guest. At the end of your event, all leftover alcohol you keep or contact retailer for a refund.
